January is Wellness Month in Calistoga!

Get your New Year off to a healthy start! We'll be presenting a full month of wellness activities and special deals during our 2nd Annual Wellness Festival/Month to allow you to experience the wide range of wellness options Calistoga has to offer. The Calistoga Chamber will host Calistoga's Wellness Festival on Saturday, January 9, 2010 at Calistoga Elementary School, 1327 Berry St., from 11am-5pm.  Free. This will be a day of health screenings, seminars, healthy food demonstrations, sample massages, and exercise classes to get your New Year off to a healthy start. Sponsored by Calistoga Chamber of Commerce, Calistoga Spa Hot Springs, St. Helena Hospital, The Baths at Roman Spa and CalistogaSpas.com. In addition, spas, restaurants, biodynamic wineries, and health care professionals will hold open houses on January 9th to allow residents and visitors to explore what makes Calistoga a town of rejuvenation and healing.
